"I've worked for Aerovironment Inc. where their main line of products included a family of unmanned aerial systems. Work was extremely fast-paced, and deadlines were frequent. Getting the job done often meant working outside of our role which allowed us to learn about different fields."

"This has been a great company to work for; however, we rely heavily on the military and the draw-downs in Iraq and Afghanistan have negatively affected sales. There have been a lot of layoffs in the past six months. I believe AV is still a strong, innovative company and I believe it will survive this economic downturn, but it won't be at the employee levels it currently holds."
