"Very poor company with no visibility to the top. CEO is no longer effective. There is no real opportunity for upward mobility. Senior leadership is lost and has no communication with the employee population."

"I believe this company will continue to suffer by their executives not having the correct finance knowledge. The company went public a few years ago and executives have grown the company too quickly."

"This has been a great company to work for; however, we rely heavily on the military and the draw-downs in Iraq and Afghanistan have negatively affected sales. There have been a lot of layoffs in the past six months. I believe AV is still a strong, innovative company and I believe it will survive this economic downturn, but it won't be at the employee levels it currently holds."
