"yes move on they are not what they represent themselves to be, they are not in the Material handling Industry and they have the worst reputation in the Industry."

"THe lask of support from all levels after delivering an apporved business plan."

"get out of the material handing industry,Hold the people accountable for there lack of support and resources."

"limited growth opportunity being in IT, but wanted to move into a managerial role."

"organization is the key to success. lack of organization leads to delays."

"Learned a great deal on project management, business administration, Earned value of project, Schedule, Gantt chart, Work breakdown structure, top bottom estimates, bottom top estimates etc.."

"great for project managers, business managers, average for DSP programming, C programming, least for other engineering activity (because it can be outsourced from any other place in the world)."

What don't you like about working at AeroVironment?

"less technical work. If something is available cheaper from anywhere in the world avoid research."

"Do less of project management without estimates, have a functional organization. Remove charge number"

"Work is too scattered, management direction changes to quickly, constant change, difficult to get work completed due to too much change."

"More staffing in computer departments. Constantly overworked and under compensated."
