"I dislike the industry. Aerotek was positioned as a high-end/high-cost provider in a market consistently looking to lower costs. I did not see myself making a long-term career in the staffing industry."

"I would suggest work-life balance. It is important to not burn out your employees. Consistent 65+ hour work weeks and almost 90% attrition are directly related."
