"I liked the trust of my superior and the freedom to solve problems. I also enjoyed working with the other departments (customer service, sales, inventory/purchasing, and service) to meet company goals.I was able to create reports that helped customer service and collections and I enjoyed seeing my efforts make their job easier and more successful."

"I am not currently employed there and I'm sure some of the people I enjoyed working with have left."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Try not to be all things to all people. Each order was too customized so that the likelihood of an error was very high. Sales are king and setting yourself up for failure to meet the customers expectations is not a good idea."
