What don't you like about working at ADV Mortgage Direct?
"No communication between managemnt (2 owners & office manager), no advancement opportunities, no privacy as office manager & I sat in an open area and could hear everything each of us did, was given receptionist/office assistant duties on top of being a Sr. Loan Processor; however, this was supposed to be temporary but didn't end up that way, offfice manager didn't advise owners of my accomplishments and positive customer feedback, management informed of my home (divorce) situation when offered to work full time because I would need time off for meeting with lawyers, tend to my daughters, look for a place to live but asking for any time off was received negatively and noted in my file."
