"I've been in and out of a relationship with ADP as an employee as well as consultant. Be very careful if you accept a role with them as a US consultant. They routinely will use you to train offshore workers then terminate your contract and work the offshore team (Freshers) for the cost of ONLY giving them experience. Also, always be on the lookout for a better role if you are on contract with them. They have no problem with having you on a year contract and pulling the budget a couple months in."
"ADP is a good place to work, the supervisors and managers make it seem like it is a slave plantation, with no compassion for the employee and their situation."
"It is not a company to grow in IT."
"Company management is hypocritical. They say they want to provide world class customer services yet implement policies and work metrics that actively promote poor customer service and put the customer service reps between a rock and hard place. Training on new products haphazard at best often times changes are implemented with almost no warning"
"I have been with my current company for over 13 years."
"Great entry level job for recents grads with no real work experience. You will learn a lot and this is a great launching pad for other sales opportunities."
"Great company with really nice people."
"Great job! But need to focus on developing skills early rather than being thrown into something unknown."
"Good leadership and staff that are very focused on driving to meet the business goals. A very strong work ethic and culture."
"I am very happy with my current position. When the interview was conducted, I was happy. Now that I am actually here and working, it's much better than I expected it to be. Couldn't have asked for a better job! :)"
