What do you like about working at Cyrious Software?
"Absolutely nothing. The only good thing was their hiring process - very organized and made easy for a candidate applying from a different state."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"No I do not have any suggestions. I just would never recommend this company. Currently I am new business development and operations manager of a 2.5 mil company (much bigger than Cyrious) and nobody has ever made as humiliated as those people at Cyrious."
What don't you like about working at Cyrious Software?
"The CEO and Co-Woner is a control freak and micromanager. He controlled every step I was taking in the company. The co-w-rkers were super hostile and very old ladies. everybody talks bad behind the back of Charlie Carter and after that they pretend they are his best friends. The office was old and ugly. Charlie didn't want to spend $50 on a mail box for their shipment for one of their conferences. I had to go like a beggar and ask for boxes in Walmart in order to pack the shipment. Charlie I very very cheap person."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"DO NOT CONTROL YOUR EMPLOYEES in everystep theytake. They might show you what they are capable of in this way and will be more creative, not living in fear they will get fired if you do not like the space between the dot and last word of a sentence, they have written. () This is all for the CEO."

"I am helping people and they are grateful. I have pretty good benefits."

"This company is not one to appreciate you for loyalty or hard work, and they are less likely to promote you, they promote from outside."

"the admin staff gets no recognition what so ever and fundraising staff get bonuses while the admins do most of the work. It's like you are the trash beneath their feet."

"start being a bit more fair to your employees and give a cost of living raise for God's sake! Promote from within your own company first."

"benefits, flexibility, beautiful building and interior, location (Bethesda Metro), bonus increases the longer you stay, it is usually a paycheck and half"

"It's a good company if you play the game. You need to be hard working and dedicated, have good interpersonal, be able to handle all sorts of personality types."
What don't you like about working at B.F Saul?
"the people are very conservative, family oriented. Not a place if you are single, not married, people can be very nosy, people have worked there for long periods of time but don't see themselves leaving, the culture that if you've been there for a long time the rules don't apply to you, if your new the rules do."

"enforce rules to employees who's unprofessional behavior has gone on for along time."
