"I am currently under a contract through Adecco and I rarely ever have any interaction with the company."

"This company did what I needed at the time. They provided me with experience in the field I was transitioning to. If you have the experience I believe you would be better off just applying to companies directly."

"I feel that they have become a middle man that is taking a percentage of my pay with no interaction."

"Advocate for their contractors more actively."

"I worked for a good manager and I enjoyed working with all the branch managers for the areas that I was assigned."

"Be yourself and emphasize your experience and ability to do the job assigned."

"I didn't like that they closed the Garden Grove, CA office that I worked in and was laid off along with all my co-workers. All our jobs were transferred to the Corporate Headquarters in New York."

"The difficulty of the business challenge produced a very high level of camaraderie. Techs still call me from Allstar for advice and to share information."

"Be straightforward and forthright. These are mostly good people in a super difficult market. Misrepresenting yourself might get you a job on day one, but could cost you later, and it could cost someone else as well."

"The uncertainty of getting paid."

"Try not to let business pressure exceed the right of every individual to respect. Do your best, but realize you competition is doing their best, win gracefully or loose gracefully. Be of the best possible service to your client, your employees, your peers and your shareholders."
