"Lexmark International, Inc. is AMAZING. Management is unbelievably understanding, supportive, motivational, and just plain awesome. The co-workers are more than competent, and everyone seems to have a passion for their work. Great work environment for a contractor. I wish I could say the same for the actual contracting agency."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Run away. Find a better contracting agency, or better yet, try to contact the hiring company for an interview and run the contract yourself. Any attorney's fees spent will be worth it."

What don't you like about working at Adecco?

"Adecco is a horrible organization. I wish I would have had an attorney review my contract. I was lied to during recruitment, and would never recommend Adecco to anyone. Horrible support - I have requested a direct deposit change for months with no luck. They change policies without notifying you (until you violate those policies)."

"1) Be honest. 2) Keep in constant contact with your workers."
