"Must be proactive, always have a goal, identify priorities, take advantage of the skills from others and make a team, be a leader and have full acknowledgement about all the daily activities and issues in my areas of responsibility to follow up and to take the best decisions. Provide necessary training to my subordinates and make sure the rest of the team is trained. Organization, analytical, understanding of policies and safety rules. Be on time."
