"Acosta Sales and Marketing is the broker between Grocery manufacturing and end user distribution. It is a stable company with good core values and a presence in most states. It's a volatile industry and Acosta does a good job servicing needs in this environment."

"I worked for Acosta for 3 years as a Merchandiser(Team Lead). A nice place to work if you are looking for a part-time job or seasonal work. The job consist of performing resets according to the Plan-O-Grams and setting up displays. Sometimes you may work independently and sometimes as a team. The only cons are that this company does not offer raises."
"I was hired to work 20 hours and barely getting five hours a week."
"Flexible hours, easy hardware to use."
"The worst Company you can work for.....Never get a raise.......Only Management gets Bonuses......They pile work on you and expect it to be done without even a Thank You.......They have no clue on how to treat employees......if you don't like it quit and we will find another body.....promote stupid people, it's who you know not what you can do....8 years with company and you get sick and they won't find a job for you when you get healthy."
"Good company, great products, excellent work environment."
"Acosta is a national company employing over 30,000 employees. The company is made up of both retail and food service, it's drawback is that being a 30000 plus company you lose sight of things a bit. The company is still in its growing pain stage but it will get there with hard work and dedication. Within 2 years the company will be on the map and it will be the most recognizable name in food service."
"Very strong company to work for."
