Ackerman McQueen Employee

"A very nice work environment, nice people (for the most part), and reasonably interesting projects to work on. However, there is an almost continuous time pressure to complete projects on a schedule that exceeds normal work time, and so people frequently end up working 10 h+ days, work during the weekend, and in many cases forfeit good part of their vacation (which does not roll over) in the end of the year. The "work-life balance", in other words, doesn't work very well. Company also has remote capability, but it is mostly not utilized except for exceptions, or to put in extra work during the weekends."
