"The business ethics established and pushed by upper management which do not coiencide with business ethics as they should be."

"The thing I liked most about working for this company was that I was given the latitude I needed to ensure my job was done correctly. I was allowed to set the bar when it came to accountability of getting information to me in order to do my job."

"I do not have any interviewing tips for others to use when interviewing with this company. The interview process is very elaborate and unpredictable."

"The thing I disliked about working for this company was that there was no room in the organization for promotions unless someone left the company."

"My suggestion to management would be to set a level of accountability that everyone would have to abide by when doing their jobs."

"A great place to work, be bold about your skills and your potential value to the company and how you can benefit them through your employment."

"Company was not diversified and suffered in downturns in the semiconductor industry. Had to lay off employees and was in the fifth of 7 layouts in 2001."

"Diversify so that the economy will not create such havor and result in the layoffs of very good employees and capable people."

"My team was very helpful and technical; they delivered the knowledge of the project very efficiently."

"I think, it would be better if they had a great seating arrangement for the developers."
What do you like about working at Advanced Control Systems?
"This is a medium sized manufacturing company, manufacturing control systems and software for the utility industry. Although I was the accounting manager, I was able to contribute to all areas of the company. I enjoyed working with the sales staff and the production and operation staff."
