"The company not offering Medical/Dental/ Vision benefits to employees when they should especially since the majority of the employees are making minimum wage"

"It is easier to keep employees at higher cost than someone at low."

"The owner of the company would constantly insert his point of view as to how the Financial end of the company was run. He had no real financial knowledge,"

"Allow the Finance Department do their job and ask for various reports that would help explain things to them, Also there was no loyalty to the employee as several managers were let go for no specific reason"

"The company was a publicly traded company and was in terrible financial shape and was constantly changing the direction that it was attempting to go."

"This company had terrible inventory control that led to it's led to it going bankrupt."

"Always be yourself, we here it all the time, honesty is the best policy. Embrace change, don't be afraid to share experience. Make kaizen -continuous improvement- your way of life."

"When I started the job I wanted part time work. Now I need to go back to work full time."

"Need to do more marketing and branch out into other businesses."

"Autonomy on my work. I reported to the CFO who rarely told me what needed to be done, when I was the one asking for his opinion on what I wanted to do to get his support so that I could go ahead and do it."

"If they like to settle and follow the same old ways, that may be the job for them."
What don't you like about working at KSCI?
"The accounting staff didn't have accounting degree, or have the aptitude to do accounting work of which the basic is to be accurate to start out with. Staff in other departments have fixed way of doing their work that they are used to, and are not willing to change for the better. It may have to do with their educational background."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"They have changed their management crews many times already that my comments, if any, won't be valid now."

"The managemnet, the people I worked with and the job itself. As accounting manager I was responsible for the PA financials which is what I do,"

"This is a sales driven organization, the candidate must be comfortable dealing with and supporting sales staff at all times."

"At times there was a lack of communication between the Pa & KY offices."

"To be as open as possible to PA employees regarding changes occuring as a result of the sale of the company."
