"In order to keep employees happy and not have such high turnover, they should offer a better benefits package and offer more spacious work spaces."

"I love the demands, variety of work, dealing with subcontractors and vendors."

"The owner was difficult and didn't manage the company with any ethical morals. She spent money that was not hers to spend causing the company to be unable to pay subcontractors which ultimately destroyed the company."

"My boss who was management tried hard to communicate with the owner but to no avail. It was a very stressful and difficult situation."

"Dress really well and say what you think they want to hear. They don't look beyond the surface and care only about how things look."

"Ownership doesn't appreciate their employees. Too much emphasis on how things look."

"You have lost great employees because you are too concerned with how things look. If you would be less concerned with how you think your family is looked upon in the community and focused more on how your business runs, you would be millions ahead."

"Been able to handle payables for agents all over the world. The opportunity to pay in differenct currency and see the value of the US Dollars."

"I do not know our new management very well and do not know what plans they have to make any suggestions"

"The 401K match is exceptional and the 4-day work week helps with the stressful environment and lack of PTO."

"Get a written copy of your job description, who you will report to and what their expectations and goals are for you. Ask how you will be managed and how much control you will have over your area of responsibility."
What don't you like about working at Straight Flight?
"No vacation for the 1st year, 1 week after a year, 2 weeks after the 2nd - Gen Mgr is a micro manager and not a good leader/mentor. Puts people down and fires a lot of people."

"Learn to lead and mentor the staff. Allow them to have more control and ability to demonstrate their strengths while have support and guidance where needed. Provide a better vacation/PTO package."

"NuVasive is very innovate, fast-paced, and professional. The pay is on the upper end of the market."

"You seriously have to look at the work/life balance, stock options are a nice positive but it's not going to be like you're getting thousands of options."

"NuVasive, in all its attempts to be the next billion dollar company is very bureaucratic and at times hostile and degrading."

"NuVasive needs to supports its own claims of flexibility. They do award achievements, however, not be so top-down in their pay and have a separate travel/entertainment policy for executives vs regular workers."
