"I had a good challenging experience at Mpower Communications."
What do you like about working at Mpower Communications?
"MPower had some flexibility with a schedule. I was able to make my own appointments. I get ask my co-workers for ideas to solutions for different potential customers. The atmosphere was relaxed and the people were anxious to help each other."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Dress for success. Have a positive attitude and be able to resolve customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner."
What don't you like about working at Mpower Communications?
"The company was always being talked about being bought out by other telecommunications companies. It was later bought by TelePacific Communications. The company no longer exists."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The company is no longer in existence. They were sold to TelePacific Communications."
What do you like about working at Copytronics?
"The people on the branch level tend to be nice."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Run for your life. You are better off selling shoes."
What don't you like about working at Copytronics?
"The company does not care about its employees unless you are related to the owner. The company could care less about your success. They only care about new sales and will overcharge customers that are ignorant about copiers. The upper management is clueless and self serving. The head of the company constantly goes on vacation and leads sales reps by sending them sales articles via email. What a joke. The owner of the company couldn't sell beer at a bar. They provide a terrible work environment and the sales reps infringe on each others territories. There is little to no support b/c the branch managers are over burdened. Training is terrible. Benefits are so bad that employees get insurance from outside sources b/c what the company offers is terrible. It's just a bad, backwards place to work. They are not forthcoming about your salary and will find ways to not pay out commissions if you make too big a sale. It's absolutely ridiculous."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would focus more on training the sales force. The training program is virtually non-existent. The company culture communicates that they only care about sales and not individuals. They need to invest more in their people."

"I would rather not say. I do not think it is right to bash the company that provides your paycheck."

"I have no suggestions. My manager is great! I have the best manager in the building."

"It was a really tough enviroment and wish they followed uo training after first two weeks"
