"I enjoyed the job, my customers, the challenge of helping them and exceeding my goal each month. Unfortunately the compensation wasn't acknowledged."

"If your long term goal for yourself is minimun than this company is a good company to work for. If you would like to be successfull and be rewarded for your hard work based on your performance than I would sincerely think before taking this position."
What don't you like about working at GE Healthcare?
"The regional manager was not honest about many things with the job or the growth of the company while I was being recruited."
What do you like about working at PepsiCo?
"It was a good place to work. I had the freedom of running my own schedule and to make the money."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Know how to do basic math and be able to interact with people. Be willing to work more than 55 hours per week."
What don't you like about working at PepsiCo?
"They changed the pay scales and changed your territory too often, always resulting in lower pay for the sales rep."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Let your sales people be sales people. It allows them to better serve you customers."
What don't you like about working at Westlaw?
"SAR position was dependent on whether sales reps sold that month. My commission structure was based on the quarter and how above quota I and my sales team was. Cap on commissions."
