"I pretty much made my own schedule and was free to do my own business as I wanted. Life was great ."

"Beware of companies that churn 75% of their sales force in the first 90 days. There is a reason for it. Talk with the current employees first."

"Hypocritical management was got caught with their pants down way too many times. Nepotism is a very bad thing but was rampant at this company."

"You had a great business model and worked. Then you tried to fool Wall Street and found out that this is impossible to do. You can't put a bandaid on a severed artery. It will not work."

"Communicate better with the sales force. It is difficult to change the commission structure mid year and tell all the sales force that everything is fine."
