"Expand your services, because the services provided and the technology, software used are almost obsolete."

"Sometimes the jobs would not always get done on time, and the work done by some Technicians was not always up to my standards."

"The pay is pretty low for the amount of responsibilities you assume. The immaturity of not only the employees (peers) but also the management is highly distasteful and unappealing."

"Hire managers who have a sales background and know how to sell before managing others."

"My boss was a very frustrated person and took it out on everyone on the team."
