"Best thing about T-Mobile is that you are engaging with phones that are really sweeeet and that you are in the field which gives you a lot of freedom that other jobs don't have."

"T-Mobile will work you an average of 12 hours a day if you let them. Management tends to stress you out when there are like a million things to do and you only have two hours to do them."

"Management all depends on the person. The Manager that knows how to do their job will make yours easier, problem is that only a couple of managers knows what they are doing for the most part."

"Don't do it! Research the turn over (if they tell you the truth) you will be amazed by how high it is. Get anything you are promised in writing!"

"Unprofessional management that creates hostile work environment by openly slandering employees. Upper mobility not likely based on the inconsistent standards that are always changing and never followed!"

"Make promotions based on employee competency not politics that would violate many labor laws! Follow through on your promises to employees!"
