"That they let a new division go after only working for them 2-1/2 months. Totally a shock."

"They allege to look for the best-of-breed, promising a good work/personal balance, when reality is long hours are expected, including weekends."
What don't you like about working at Digital River?
"Not flexible to change. Founder focuses daily on revenue-per-head, and adjusts expectations on a micro-managed level. By the time management realizes new hires are needed, it is usually too late to bring them up to speed to matter."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management, from founder down to directors, needs to have a better grasp at what employees need to better do their job. Nepotism is rampant from VP levels down."

"I liked being on the road."
