  "I've worked at Oxford Solutions Inc for a little over a year. During that time I've seen an array of amazing Recruiters leave due to mismanagement, and being told they could make this much money only to find out we were swindled. Oxford tends to be a farm for some of the best Recruiters in the agency, but unfortunately cannot keep them because its a them (recruiters) problem and not an us (management) problem. Over 15 months I've seen 17 recruiters leave for better opportunities with better companies. If only Management could grow and understand that practices that worked in 1990 no longer work in 2020, and that micromanagement isn't a way to get great employees to stay. They sometimes get in their own way."

  "I've worked in Sales at Coca-Cola for 3 years and it's a great company to either get your foot through the door or a place to build a career. At the end of the day, it's about numbers. The company is extremely flexible with allowing you to make your own time as long as you hit your numbers. I'm lucky to have a great team to fall back on, but the company is so big, technology falls short. Resulting in delays in department communications."
