"Worked for Accenture for several years; the company is a good place for someone getting started in the technology consulting industry. Not sure if I'd say the same for experienced folks looking to transition in from other firms or careers; there is still a institutional gap between those who joined out of school, and those people who came in mid-career."
"I've been with Accenture for 2.5 years. It is a great company to start fresh from college because they always train you for the role they need you for. It is a skill based industry and those coming in with a specific skill set will always be valued. It can be very difficult to navigate such a large company though."
"Great pay, and social activities. However, there's harsh and extreme overtime; working nights and weekends and national holidays."
"Good place to work."
"Overall, I feel that what I am doing here is good."
"I worked for Accenture for 9 years, starting in the services section and moving to consulting after 3 years. Accenture has a lot to offer both its employees and its clients. Accenture has great people-intelligent, highly motivated, real go-getters. The client work environment can be very high stress. I was on one project (infamous) in which everyone was put on either a 9 AM to 10 PM work schedule or a 9PM to 10 AM work schedule six days a week. This went on for a month or so."
"Accenture offers its employees fantastic opportunities and good compensation. Training and advancement in your expertise is supported by serious training and opportunities."
"I enjoyed working there. Small team, good location, many restaurants."

"I recommend this company for any one in future and this is good in all areas except organization structure while on onsite."
"Good company to work with."
"It's a good firm and best in outsourcing, but I would need to learn technologies and skill."
"Working with Accenture past 3.5 years. An organization with lots of opportunities."
