"I've worked for Accenture since 2011. I've found it to be a strong company with good ethical values and an emphasis on customer retention. The company employs around 200000 people and has over 50 locations in global."

Application Development Analyst

"I've worked for Accenture for about 2 years as an Application Development Analyst, the workplace is so good and there was continuous learning with frequent training sessions. The work schedule was so good along with periodic events and awards to boost employees performance. Overall, I'd definitely recommend Accenture to any person seeking for challenging roles."

"I've been working for Accenture for the past 5 months and it's been an enlightening experience, I've learned a lot of about myself and what I can contribute as a team and how my leadership skills come into play. This job has taught me a lot but I've reached a point where I can definitely find more use for my skills in a more challenging environment."

"I've worked for Accenture S.p.A since November 2018, while I'm ending my Master's Degree in Management Engineering. Last Friday (26/07/2019) I got this degree with a thesis in SAP BW and SAP HANA Studio about a Project that I did in Accenture: Microcontract for the Enel DIstribution."

Manager

"I love Accenture, it's a great place to work! The company that I was hired into, Pillar Technology, was acquired by Accenture in 2018 and the transition to Accenture has been great! There are a lot of very talented people whose service makes Accenture what it is. From a consulting perspective, I can't think of a better company to work for."

Software Engineer

"I've been with Accenture for 2 1/2 years. The benefits are the best I've seen. They fulfilled every promise they made when they hired me. Base salary is under market, but bonuses are fair. As a software engineer I am eligible for an additional "hot skills" bonus. They started me with 5 weeks vacation - probably my favorite perk. The job requires full time travel to client sites. A big negative: I have not received a raise since I started working here. My workplace changes with every client I work for (it changes every 6 months to 1 year)."

"I have worked with Accenture for about 5 years and these 5 years were a very challenging and fruitful time. Being my first company, it was big learning stuff and in a company like Accenture, you have great growth opportunities."

"I have worked for Accenture for over 8 years. It is an excellent company that provides many people great opportunity to build and grow their career. As with any large MNC the success of your career is highly dependent on your assignment and your boss. There are many excellent leaders throughout Accenture but there are some lemons too - which can really hinder your ability to be successful. The company has great offerings and capabilities. There is a role that will fit everyone somewhere in the firm."
