"This is a good company to work for. The problem is that the perks and pay is all at the GM position."

What don't you like about working at Aaron's?

"I have many superiors. When something is done wrong, they all come tell me. I am micromanaged by the GM. Company culture does not allow me to take vacation or sick days when I want or need them."

"Nothing at all. They have a great business model. The problem is the people they put in chardge"

"Think twice, Dont take management word on promicess, they fall through, Watch out for the back stabers"

What don't you like about working at Aaron's?

"The waay things are handled from th upper management down, No praise for job well done. Only feed back we get is neg and what is wrong. Management will say one thing but mean something else."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Do what needs to be done forget about the numbers an d take card of business. Better customer service"

"Grossly underpaid and overworked. Management gets paid the same as everyone else, except GM's. Promotions are based on friendships, not qualifications."

"Interaction with co-workers. Working with customers to help them achieve ownership of leased merchandise."

"If you want a job with a lot of negativity and employee turnover, then this is the place for you."

"The pay rate is terrible for all the responsibilities that I had. They expect you to be happy by making you work 10 hours overtime each week and to achieve unrealistic bonuses."

"The way regional managers treated the employees verbally was ridiculous. No class, no respect."

"pressure form the bosses, clientele, location, type of co-workers, pay"

"change the pay rate, give more bonuses, cut the hours needed to work, promote a better environment"

"Unrealistic expectations and no proper training."

"Environment that management creates I.E., demoted personel left at same location. Refusal to reprimand misconduct. Refusal to correct prior management inventory discepencies."

"I was able to see products new to the public right away."

"Do your research talk to some fo the franchise employees verses the company owned employees and you will see the differences."

What don't you like about working at Aaron's?

"It is a very micro managed company from the reginals to the district managers on down to the store management level."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"take the shakles off the store managers and let them manage. Not to mention one rule should hold true for all managers not just the ones who are not in good with the district managers and regionals."
