"CSAA offers a variety of technology, but it has had multiple layoffs in the past year because it has not been managed properly. Also, some teams seem favored with opportunities while others see stagnation. There is also a lot of unwillingness among teams to solve problems--there's a lot of "that's not my job" or "you need to contact that team for that, not me"...."

"Try to make yourself as comfortable as possible. You are working for a great, but very stodgy and conservative company, so don't expect your voice to be heard very well."

"There were too many tasks with not enough flexibility, and the company as a whole was two steps behind in technology integration."

"Recognize that it is a call center, and the more comfortable your employees are, the better they perform."
