"I have enjoyed my time there but it is time to move on to new challenges"
"I have worked with JPM Chase for 2.5 years. I found the company strong in its entirety but the Mortgage arm not so strong. The leaders in the technology sector lack considerable enough skills to allow their talent to grow and become the necessary leaders the company desperately needs. They don't lean on their talent and are stubborn to listen to those with the skills and experience."
"After 15 years in Administration and Operations I left the bank because the only advancement available to me was into a leadership role and I am not especially interested in leadership. I quit and started as a student at Houston Community College as a Computer Science major."
"JPM Chase is very profitable and competitive with salary. Benefits are not as good as other financial firms. There is a lot of movement but usually lateral."
"I worked for JPM Brazil for three years after working for 10 years at Citigroup. I was disappointed with the way JP Brazil is lead, there was no leadership and no strategy. That is why I decided to pursue my green card to come back to the US."
"Good Company to work!!!!"
"Decent place, but no upward mobility."
"It's a good company to work for."
"I enjoyed my tenure of work in Chase. It was a very good experience."
"I worked as a contracted auditor for 13 months and found my supervisor very supportive. The training was very good and my relationship with my co-workers was enjoyable. I would recommend working with JP Morgan Chase to any finance professional. The work environment was very welcoming to a contractor. I would certainly return to do a contract with them in the future. The location and work environment as a whole was also very positive."
"Excellent! The quality and appeal of the workplace is good.I have a very good rating."
"I am working with them since 2009. Good place to learn business domain, not a place if you consider yourself technologist. Lots of paperwork and bureaucracy, so you need to understand them to get your job done."
"Started working with Chase in 2012 and the company is a great starting point. I am looking to specialize in consulting and have decided to venture to smaller firms for an opportunity to gain the experience."
"POS: The people are great. You can approach anyone you want to talk to, network with colleagues through a quick search. Lunch breaks are real. NEG: The job is repetitive despite looking at a different business area every 3-4 months. There are many layers of clearance from the planning to final execution. Slow advancement opportunities and below average pay. The employees are very silo (given the 270k global employees), and may require a lot of back and forth to get to the appropriate contact."
