"You should understand that your job could be eliminated at any time, so have a back-up plan."

What don't you like about working at JPMorgan?

"JPMorgan Chase and Co. sold the business and didn't tell us it was coming until two months before the site was closed."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"That part of the organization no longer exists. It was sold to US Bank."

"When I was hired I was told there was a base plus bonus pay structure. The volume never allowed for bonuses to kick in."

"The people I worked with were friendly, and the work environment was positive."

What don't you like about working at JPMorgan?

"There was no flexibility with hours/schedule. Loan officers were allowed to be rude to the processing staff."

"Be more in tune to your team. If your employees respect you and know you are there for them, they will work hard for you and work to surpass your expectations."
