"I've worked for JP Morgan Chase & Co. for my entire career. It used to not be called JPMC and I was a Heritage Bank One employee. The culture was so much better when it was Bank One. It had that Midwest feel and was more laid back. I felt that the company really cared for their employees. I don't have that same feeling anymore since I've been laid off from JPMC more than once. JPMC compensates well and has good employee benefits but they have a poor work-life to home balance."
"It is really interesting for working in JP Morgan."
"Great company to work for."
"It's a good company to work with."
"I was a junior applications developer. Everyone I worked with was extremely intelligent and willing to help."
"Chase is a great company with a lot of potential if you are willing to put in the time at the bottom and work yourself up. It is more about how long you are with the company than about potential or prior work experience. That said, you have the ability and tools to grow, and the company has a plethora of supportive coworkers and leadership."
"I've worked for JP Morgan Chase for 6 years. They have been a great 6 years and I've enjoyed all of my supervisors. Chase makes an effort to help Bankers either stay where they need to be or look for opportunities for employment. Chase also has great benefits as well."
"I am working with J P Morgan since May 2014 , working with very good professional environment."
"I have enjoyed my time there, everybody is professional courteous and friendly. As a relationship banker my job was to get people in the branch develop a relationship with them and assist them in their financial life by referring them to the right partners, mortgages, investments and loans. I think the misconception people have about banks in general is that they should pay every time they walk into a bank which is not always the case. As soon as you get over that obstacle, people will trust you and put their financial life in the bank's hands."
"I worked at JPMorgan Chase for 2 years and found it to be a very cut-throat environment, the corporate politics were brutal and people will throw you under the bus to advance their own careers."
"I am working with JPMC since 2010. It's a good company with strong ethical value."
"It's a great company to work in and build a career."
