"I have worked in the Mortgage/Banking industry for over 10 years. JP Morgan Chase is ranked in my top 3. I have learned a great deal within the Underwriting unit I was promoted to from a Junior Funder to a Senior Funder then to Underwriting. Great experience."
"JPMorgan has the leading role in the financial field. They provide diversified products to their clients. The employees have the enough authorization to do business with their clients. Also, the employees are receiving training of the new product periodically. Lastly, the employer is having a plan to provide benefit to its employees as well."
"I would recommend a friend or family member to work for Chase any day, anytime, because I feel it is a great place for anyone who is looking for stability. However, a technology enthusiast like myself would find the environment, like many mega size companies, to be extremely slow pace. Those that have been there for a long time are so marinated in the place so that policies that were put in place to prevent regulatory drawbacks are now being used to slow down work. As such there is way too much dead weight."
"I've worked at JPMorgan Chase since October 2012. It's a great company."
"I have been working in Java J2EE for almost 8 years and played a key role in all projects."
"I love working at JP Morgan Chase."
"I've worked at Chase since 2009. I've moved up with the company 3 times and every move I got better where I gain more and more knowledge."
"CHASE Bank is a childish hellhole. If you work for Chase I feel sorry for you. Underqualified, undereducated idiots are moved up to District Management, while qualified, educated employees are passed over. They modify the compensation program EVERY YEAR to pay employees less. They strive to fire employees instead of applying common sense to disputes."
"GOOD company. I will recommend."
"Great place and environment to work with."
"Good overall company to work for, micromanaging takes place from the top down. Even with high performance it's difficult to get a promotion."
"It's a great company but employees should be compensated more for their job."
"I've worked for Chase for over 7 years and have realized that Chase does not have the best interest in the employees and hires people in management positions who are not qualified nor have the character to perform such duties."
"It was a cool place, learned some new things."
"Huge overgrown firm with little communication between groups. Politics drives decisions and not business deliverables. Employees and clients suffer as a result."
