"The move toward tiny cubicles and a bull pen mentality is the main reason I left Chase. In my field as a software developer, many of us are introverted, and the chaos of working in small cubes with low walls is draining. The ability to work from home is very rare, and viewed negatively by Sr. Management, while at the same time the office space is redesigned with smaller and smaller cubicles because they are running out of space. It makes no sense at all."

"I like the people. Since Chase is a multinational company, I work with people from other countries and skill levels."

"Be professional, open and receptive. Answer questions clearly and honestly."

What don't you like about working at JPMorgan?

"I dislike the executive management. Unfortunately Chase does have that corporate mentality - every one is a number!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"My managers at Chase have all been very flexible and understanding, which is a big deal in my book. Sometimes people have unavoidable circumstances happen."
