"It is important to be prepared to dive right in once employed by JP Morgan Chase. Fast, quick learning is essential."

"I dislike that it is a contract job with little benefits for contract employees. I also dislike different software programs that many employees are unaware of."

"My suggestion for management would be to conduct mandatory weekly meetings. This will ensure that all project managers are reminded the importance of deadlines and expectations."

"I like the stability Chase has within the financial industry, and the ability to rebound in a positive manner."

"It's a great company to work for. Do your research for the position you are interested in."

"I dislike inconsistencies and the inability to streamline processes and procedures while maintaining quality and quantity."

"I currently have an excellent management team. The only recommendation is to try and encourage consistency with process and procedures."

"I would recommend a friend or family member to work for Chase any day, anytime, because I feel it is a great place for anyone who is looking for stability. However, a technology enthusiast like myself would find the environment, like many mega size companies, to be extremely slow pace. Those that have been there for a long time are so marinated in the place so that policies that were put in place to prevent regulatory drawbacks are now being used to slow down work. As such there is way too much dead weight."
