What do you like about working at JPMorgan?

"My likes are: great benefits, management listens to employees, and career growth and training."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Understand the qualifications for the position. Prepare your resume and interview talking points around the qualifications. Don't be discouraged by degree preferred as experience is just as important, and is considered during the new hire process."

What don't you like about working at JPMorgan?

"The company has various business lines that are silo-ed. Each business unit is its own separate company. There is a good sense of belonging for the business unit, but searching for career opportunities in another business unit can feel disconnected. There are useful tools to search for jobs anywhere in the company, but it takes ambitious effort to connect to other business lines and teams. Some departments have a different corporate culture than others; this is not company specific, as it happens in any corporate environment."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Provide a little more training for new hires and more team building activities. Handle QC/manager reviews with a better constructive feedback tone - it is decent (not bad) but not super."

What don't you like about working at JPMorgan?

"It is too large of a corporation, and a lot of work is outsourced to Mumbai, India. We as administrators lost control of how things were being processed."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Listen to employees who handle the accounts on all levels before making changes that affect the operations on how to manage a client."
