"The company is very customer focus and doesn't have its own technical core value."

"The customer is important but the techniques are very important too. We need take care of the gap of the trade-off between the customer value and company's long term target."

"People join and leave companies really fast in Silicon Valley, so the atmosphere is not really pleasant to live."
