"I was not allowed to pursue what I believed to be vital to the company's success. Namely the marriage of the companies hardware and software offerings."

"Much tighter integration of hardware and software offerings. Make better use of the hardware you have by allowing the software people who know how to make it really fly."

"Sometime the works are overloaded, too many projects at a time."

"The customer is important but the techniques are very important too. We need take care of the gap of the trade-off between the customer value and company's long term target."

"People join and leave companies really fast in Silicon Valley, so the atmosphere is not really pleasant to live."

"Managers need to build up relationships beetween co workers a little more."
