What do you like about working at Zerve?

"Zerve has a casual work culture typical of an internet start-up."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"DON'T. Wait tables is a better option if you really need employment."

What don't you like about working at Zerve?

"Zerve asks for 55-65 hr weeks for low pay (30-40K range), barely any benefits, very few vacation days. No sick days. Management is inexperienced, generally poor and can be outright hostile. The CEO is completely MIA. You work weekends and every holiday (including Christmas). Many long-term team members are awkward and not friendly, and there isn't much team unity. It's a terrible, awful deal."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Treat your employees with care and respect. Focus on company building, not product building. Try to make it resemble a white-collar sweat shop a little bit less."
