What do you like about working at Zales?

"The industry and the opportunities in a high dollar retail industry."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If you like treading water, working long hours sometimes weekends, holidays, no accountability except for you because you are new and are not part of the inner circle, low pay then this job is for you!"

What don't you like about working at Zales?

"The management staff there is incompetent, inconsistent, and plays favorites with other managers and even some hourly employees. There is no accountability in place."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get rid of the senior managers, put policies in place and do away with all the laziness."
