"Show that you can follow direction and pick up their methods of doing things, but don't be afraid to stand out and take initiative, have a decent reputation, don't take shortcuts"

"Lack of two way communication between departments and between upper and lower levels, old-fashioned, rare opportunities for feedback, feels like no listening and implementing of new ideas from feedback, a noticeable amount of nepotism"

"Improve communication, ask for more feedback, and act on suggestions from lower level employees"

"Great company with smart and talented leaders. They treat employees with respect and normally hold onto them. Unfortunately business is very bad at the moment."

"Wait until the economy recovers, they are not hiring, only laying off employees, even ones they want to keep."
What don't you like about working at YESCO?
"It is located in Las Vegas, NV and the heat of the summer can exceed 115 degrees on a regular basis. The shop is cooled with swamp coolers but they are not effective enough in that kind of heat."

"Do their best to ride out the financial problems of Las Vegas and hope to come out better then before."
