"YESCO is a nice enough place to work with nice people. But compensation is fairly low and annual reviews and/or merit increases have not happened in a few years. Hopefully the business will pick up and the employees get rewarded for their hard work and dedication."

"Great company with smart and talented leaders. They treat employees with respect and normally hold onto them. Unfortunately business is very bad at the moment."

"Wait until the economy recovers, they are not hiring, only laying off employees, even ones they want to keep."
What don't you like about working at YESCO?
"It is located in Las Vegas, NV and the heat of the summer can exceed 115 degrees on a regular basis. The shop is cooled with swamp coolers but they are not effective enough in that kind of heat."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Do their best to ride out the financial problems of Las Vegas and hope to come out better then before."
