"Execs are unethical. Work is dumped on the few people that do it well. These workers are then hidden from sight and not rewarded. Poor workers are left alone. Those left alone have the time to network and rise to the top to become execs."

"Make sure roles and responsibilities are clear. Ensure that roles and responsibilities are adhered to. Ensure that there are consequences if they are not adhered to. Make sure that work is recognized and that senior management doesn't hide good workers. Make sure that senior management is accountable and doesn't lie to CEO. Sideline inept senior management"
