People seeking to do good quality work and professional growth should be cautious. No professional worker has ever lasted beyond 12 months."

What don't you like about working at Yankee Candle?

"Execs are unethical. Work is dumped on the few people that do it well. These workers are then hidden from sight and not rewarded. Poor workers are left alone. Those left alone have the time to network and rise to the top to become execs."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Make sure roles and responsibilities are clear. Ensure that roles and responsibilities are adhered to. Ensure that there are consequences if they are not adhered to. Make sure that work is recognized and that senior management doesn't hide good workers. Make sure that senior management is accountable and doesn't lie to CEO. Sideline inept senior management"
