"Hate being micro managed. I know what I need to do. If I make a mistake, I'll ask for your assistance. I want to be in control and being micro managed clashes with that."

"Stop micro managing me. I know what needs to be done and when and how. I've paid my dues and have done this long enough to know what needs to happen. Let me do things my way."
