"I've worked for X wave innovations for three years. Pros: none Cons: low pay, low moral, high turnover, employees treated like objects not people.. Administrator doesn't know how to run a company with barely any social intelligence. They expect you to work through lunch and a lot of overtime not be compensated. This is a research company. But they don't provide necessary resources such paper access and instrument etc, which is even worse than university labs with funding problems."
"I’ve worked for this company since 2017. Thais company has 18 employees, and it is R&D company. It’s a good place to work and learn new edges of science to develop new products for industry."
