"I've worked for X wave innovations for three years. Pros: none Cons: low pay, low moral, high turnover, employees treated like objects not people.. Administrator doesn't know how to run a company with barely any social intelligence. They expect you to work through lunch and a lot of overtime not be compensated. This is a research company. But they don't provide necessary resources such paper access and instrument etc, which is even worse than university labs with funding problems."
