"Expectations set at higher standard than human related. Suppose to be paperless but boat load of paper. HR is very unprofessional in abilities as professionalism. They don't add the software programs to your site to your job efficiently and you are only as good as your trainer trains you!!!! I rate this place as a 0!!!! They also call you at home on your off time."

"I worked for XPO Last Mile for several years and found the management had little or no concern for my career or for me as a person. Avoid this company."

"The work is very enjoyable and the pay is very nice. However, I wouldn't tell my worse enemy to work here. They do not care about the safety of their employees or anyone at the company. I was threatened today by a man in the cafeteria. He yelled in my face and was very aggressive. I brought it to the attention of the manager of the warehouse. Not only did he not address the problem, he didn't even admit there was a problem. On top of all that, he tried to make me feel guilty for what happened. Instead of addressing the problem, he got one of the senior CEOs of XPO logistics to talk to me, and the very sad thing is that even the CEO said it wasn't technical threatening words, so it was a threat, but the man who threatened me couldn't be disciplined. The man threatening me should have been fired. Instead of the manager addressing the problem, he simply offered for me to switch lunch breaks and duties for the day. That was the straw that broke the camel's back. I was discriminated against, and the company went against their own policy. There are cameras everywhere, supervisors in the cafeteria saw what happened, and they did absolutely nothing about it. The ironic thing is that in the orientation just last week on Wednesday, November 9, the lady said there is a zero tolerance policy for violence and threats and acts of aggression. This is proven to be false. I went off my job duty, asked to speak to the manager, took off my badge, and told him straight to his face I am resigning. I was respectful about it and told him I thought he was a great person and I really enjoyed the work I did. But I told him I didn't feel safe and I feared for the safety others, especially others who could be in much worse situations, God forbid. I told him me as a Jew, it is a Mitzvah or a good deed to do righteous acts that cause people do good things, and also to do things that help others avoid sinning. I told him I cannnot with a clean conscience work for a company like that. Then I left."

"They don't want to train you or teach anything. They higher people from outside the company squeeze everything out of them then move on to the next if you were not brought in as management don't expect to move up into management."

"This company does not care about employees. You are worked to exhaustion. If you’re salary you’re worked way past the hours you’re paid for and no-one cares. The equipment is old, outdated, and falling apart. They refuse to replace it and constantly try to fix it short term only."

"OMG!! Stay away from this company. If you are not a very senior executive you will be chewed up and used for what they want and then discarded. This goes for every department of the company."

"The only way you move up is if you go out with people outside of work in an unprofessional setting. Most of the managers don’t even know how to use our systems but because they know someone they got promoted. There is so much talent going unused in the Fort Worth campus."
