"Run!!! Run fast, run far!!!! Don't do it. With regard to sr mgmt - no on dares to tell the emperor she/he has no clothes! Objections result in unemployment"

What don't you like about working at Xerox?

"The word empowerment must have been assigned a new meaning in the Webster dictionary. Xerox keeps talking about empowerment, but I have to have 5 levels of approval to book an airline ticket - I'm not even empowered to determine what clients I need to see and when - it takes a month to plan on seeing a client."

"Stop ignoring our current business - clients who have done business with Xerox for years are fed up with the support and service"

"he interfacig with different major corporate leaders"

"the fact I don't work their anymore"

"Back in the ealy 90's it was a great opportunity to work in Corporat Canada and work in great team envrironments. Great recognition programs every month"

"IN the corporate world you can sometimes feel that you are just a number wehn it comes to any reorganisation."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To return to the early 90's team commraderie, create the Ra Ra Ra around the bullpen to motivate sales people. Back to basics."
