"They offered me a good compensation but there are others who are not completely happy. One big reason, I do not like this place is they treat IT as a cost center and are not open to change the status-quo. They do not encourage employees to challenge the status-quo. They are not very transparent and in their decision making and are completely driven by the quarterly results"
