"Little or no leadership qualities from management. No team support, in fact it was the opposite. Backstabbing to save their hides."

"Hire more nursing staff to improve patient satisfaction scores"

"I learned a lot there. I was just out of school and was given the change to learn infecton control procedures and policies."

What do you like about working at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center?

"Small hospital but big in ideas and patient care. Staff there was great and my supervisior and assistant supervisior where the best. They taught me all that I know and I am very greatful. Clean well organized hospital that is dedicated to patient care."

What don't you like about working at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center?

"My position was cut to part time due to budget cuts and I felt that infection control needed more personnel then was given."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To increase the budget for the infection control department"

"It was fun to work, learned a lot from the network department, which helped me achieve my CCNA."
