Senior Art Director

"I worked for Wunderman Thompson Health for eleven years. Their commitment to direct marketing, online marketing, integrated campaigns, strategy, creative and implementation/production are exemplary. The problem with the office in which I was employed is their lack of a dynamic, multi-user tracking system, but instead use disparate systems."

"There were some real leadership challenges in the administration. We had a lot of technically talented people but there were a lot of things over promised to the employees - our company experienced a merger during the time I was working for them. When they stopped keeping their promises it was hard to keep moral up. Many people felt underpaid and overworked and apprehensive to the merger because the quality of our lives continued to slip. Most people were happy to work at their rate because of the quality of the culture before the merger happened. Tons of community activity and ways that we enjoyed connecting together as a company were eliminated."

"I worked on with Wunderman Thompson for just under a year. Overall the company was good, but they lacked the passion and fire to build next level applications. That lack of passion put me in a position where I found myself unsatisfied when working. Overall, the company was decent and I don't regret my time there."
