3.7There were some real leadership challenges in the administration. We had a lot of technically talented people but there were a lot of things over promised to the employees - our company experienced a merger during the time I was working for them. When they stopped keeping their promises it was hard to keep moral up. Many people felt underpaid and overworked and apprehensive to the merger because the quality of our lives continued to slip. Most people were happy to work at their rate because of the quality of the culture before the merger happened. Tons of community activity and ways that we enjoyed connecting together as a company were eliminated.
4.1I started with WT in 2009 out of Dubai. Since then I managed the Microsoft (MS) Egypt account, worked on the MS side as a Channel Manager leading the MEA region. Then moved to NYC as a Global Account Director Managing clients in different verticals United Airlines, Volkswagen, Amtrak, Pernod Ricard, Goldman Sachs, etc.
WT has allowed for me to gain experience in different countries, strengthening my skills in Global Client Services, Digital Marketing, Data Creative, B2B and B2C Marketing, Target Marketing, Strategic Planning, Business Forecasting, Event Planning, Product Launch, Budget Planning, Global Marketing and Partner Channel Marketing.
3.3I worked on with Wunderman Thompson for just under a year. Overall the company was good, but they lacked the passion and fire to build next level applications. That lack of passion put me in a position where I found myself unsatisfied when working. Overall, the company was decent and I don't regret my time there.
