"WSP's strengths include: flextime, remote work options, generous PTO and (since the new CEO) a genuine effort to make the company better for their employees. Like any large company, the direct manager can make or break the experience and I've been fortunate in this regard. The pay and health benefits leave something to be desired, but hopefully this changes down the line."
